| Facts: | The defendant was stopped for driving with only parking lights and stopping at a green light and not moving for several seconds. The officer observed slurred speech, an odor of alcohol, and she fumbled for her driver's license. The defendant allegedly performed poorly on roadside tasks according to the officer which were video taped. She was arrested for DUI and refused the breath test. | |
