| Facts: | The defendant was stopped for driving with no lights and crossing over the solid white line and right side of the roadway multiple times. There was no odor of alcohol, but officers noticed glassy eyes, slurred speech, a flushed face, and her movements were clumsy and slow. The defendant admitted to having taken several medications. She performed very poorly on roadside tests, such as the HGN (eye test), walk and turn, and one leg stand. She was arrested for DUI and later provided a urine sample. The sample was sent to the FDLE lab and came back positive for numerous illegal controlled substances. | |
